The Atrium has an active Home Owner’s Association. The association over sees the common grounds landscaping, dog park and tennis court. The H.O.A. also manages the clubhouse with its various amenities, which includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, work out facility, locker and shower rooms, with saunas. The clubhouse also includes a reading room, large party room with full kitchen. The fireplace adds a homey touch to those gatherings.
